Refund & cancellation policy
- 1. Our company has a no deposit policy, which means that the full amount must be paid upfront, and once paid, the amount will be non-refundable.
- 2. The service time for our business is from 10 AM to 7 PM every day.
- 3. If you have any queries or complaints regarding the service, kindly visit our office for further assistance.
- 4. In the event of any damage or cut to the fiber, a minimum downtime of 4 hours is required to rectify the issue.
Please note that the damage could be due to a natural event, and it may take us some time to fix it.
